There is a modern farmhouse and then there is an actual farmhouse, and this one is the latter.

Situated on a large acreage in High Point, this rustic farm home was built for a big family and for entertaining.

The homeowner, a busy mother and grandmother, wanted a space that was rustic on one hand, yet delicate and soft on the other.

Working alongside the builder, we developed the interior from the ground up, as well as the home’s “party barn,” which boasts a saloon-inspired lounge room and horse stalls for the family’s large brood of miniature ponies.
