We loved that our clients wanted colour and excitement for their apartment renovation in the West End. Actually, this home is made up of two adjacent apartments, both stripped back to the studs (goodbye, dated yellow-wood cabinetry!) and completely reimagined to create one modern home for a young family.

A blue kitchen steps away from bold, mustard cabinetry isn’t for everyone, but it was the perfect injection of personality and colour for our clients, and we softened those bold choices against a light and bright modern space with clean lines and (mostly) minimalist furniture. The bedroom’s custom headboard was designed in-house, which was a lot of fun for our team because we have a background in furniture design—and the headboard is such a great opportunity to play with shape and colour.
