After years of global wandering and downtown loft living, I designed this home to be the place where my family of three could finally land—a living vessel for a life collected from around the world. What began as bath-time sketches evolved into a collaborative labor of love, brought to life by architect Jason Skladan and my father-in-law, who came out of retirement to construct this as his final project.

Inside, the architecture balances bold restraint with worldly exploration, featuring a 26-foot library wall for our global ceramic collection and a 6,600-pound custom steel staircase that serves as a sculptural anchor. From the 30 distinct interior paint colors to the glowing gallery-style coach house, every corner is layered with art and objects sourced from places like Haiti, India, and Peru.

More than just a house, it is a deeply personal, effortlessly livable reflection of a well-traveled life
