PlaidFox was founded by two brothers, Ben and Dave Leavitt in 2014, on the premise that architecture and design are the greatest forms of functional art and self-expression.
From boutique hotels and heritage properties to restaurants, apartments, large-scale renovations and new construction, the team is up to any challenge.
Believing that creativity and invention are best expressed within a pragmatic and organized framework, the studio prides itself on its technical approach to creative solutions. Each member of our team brings their unique background and design aesthetic to the table, collectively working together on projects across Canada and North America.
